For D'asbestgekeurd, I designed and built a public website and shared workflow for customers, inspectors and the office team. Customers request the right inspection through a guided form; the team moves each file from quote and scheduling through to payment and certificate. A Billit integration keeps quotes and invoices in sync without duplicate entry.
Scope and contribution
- Replace the Squarespace site while preserving existing URLs and search visibility
- Structure service and location pages around real customer search intent
- Design a mobile-first intake flow for property details, services, addresses and preferred times
- Unify quotes, scheduling, customer records, inspectors, payments and certificates
- Integrate Billit for quotes and invoicing
